David's Reflections
July - August 2009

What strong words Emerson gave us. Could we declare that our minds are free? Could we live in the integrity of our own emerging and organic truth? Like Emerson we are called to a higher order of being. This summer we will dive deeply into the “integrity of freedom” and the “school of life”.
In July we will explore the ZEN OF FREEDOM and discover that freedom is a choice and that we must be willing to think and act for ourselves. To do this it takes bravery and a willingness to step out of the familiar into the unknown. Life demands nothing if not that.
Throughout July we will have a variety of group activities that will assist individuals in liberating their soul. Affinity circles on Monday nights will give folks the opportunity to dive deeply into the heart and allow feelings to be felt and freed up. Thursday night is Satsang with Virginia and David where we will sit in Truth and engage in meaningful dialogue that takes us home. Bingo and a concert also brighten the month. Lastly, a workshop on LIVING THE LIFE ABUNDANT fills out the month where shaved ice will climax the day. Bring the kids for free snow cones.
August takes us into the SCHOOL OF LIFE where we look at what is calling us and how we might manifest a meaningful existence. Lauren Lane Powell will weave her magic through music and message and offer two of her powerful workshops – THE NECESSITY OF FORGIVENESS and HEALING TONING CIRCLE.
All of this is here for us. The only requirement is our participation. Even though it is summer time and many of you are on vacation, your continued attendance and loving support is appreciated.
Together we are growing, evolving and prospering. Enjoy the sweet moments of this beautiful life as together we safely journey from moment to moment in the awakened heart of the world.
